A
Siren Adult Mythical Tale
Labyrinth
Lady Brittany Trehune has a deep dark secret. She can read
the past from simply touching an ancient relic. Being the
daughter of a famous archeologist, her special talent
comes in very handy. That is until she goes with her
father to Crete on a special expedition. To uncover an
unknown palace of the Minoan empire is a dream come true.
Unfortunately, some dreams become nightmares...
Adam Kinmont is exasperated by having a beautiful, proper
English lady along as they excavate on a site that could
be the making of his career. That is until he begins to
realize that her claims of psychic abilities just might be
true, and worse, that he just could be falling in love.
The legend of the Minotaur is surely a myth, a fable
passed down of a terrifying creature and the place it
occupied where human sacrifice was the only way to appease
the beast. But what if the legend is true? What if the
mystery can only be solved in the depths of the Labyrinth
itself?

REVIEWS
for Labyrinth
[An
Adult Mythical Tale]
5 Angels:
"Labyrinth by Emma Wildes is a fun
romp through the past with a paranormal
twist! I enjoyed the couple’s education
into the true facts of life; not
everything has a rational explanation
especially how two such different
personalities could be so right for one
another. Brittany also gets an education
about the male anatomy and how lover’s act
in one of her visions. Luckily for Adam
she wants to know more and he is just the
man to teach her. Ms. Wildes does a
wonderful job bringing the couple together
in a sensual scene while remaining in the
historical setting. Even though
Labyrinth is a short story, Ms. Wildes
is able to bring all the pieces together
in such a way that the reader is not left
hanging. Very well done, Ms. Wildes! I am
looking forward to reading more books by
this author." —Stephanie B., Fallen

5 Flags:
"Emma Wildes is in a class all her
own. Each story is full of color and
detail from the characters to the scenes.
And it does help that she sets the sheets
on fire in the bedroom…or where ever the
mood strikes her characters. Again, she’s
put out a great read. I can’t wait until
the next one." —Melisa, Euro-Reviews

EXCERPT
He settled on one elbow next to her, his long body dwarfing
her smaller form, and stroked her shoulder lightly, feathering
his fingers down her arm. “Does it frighten you?”
“What?”
“This.” He touched himself with a forefinger, wiping the crest
of his erect penis where a bead of silky fluid had appeared. “I
am not sure how educated you are.”
“I speak five languages, thank you very much.”
Adam gave a choked laugh. “I meant about sex, Britt.”
“Oh.” She felt a small blush heat her cheeks. Of course he did,
but she had to admit at the moment she was a little intimidated.
She blurted out, “I thought Theseus was large, but you are
bigger.”
His dark brows rose. “Not every man gets favorably compared to
an ancient Greek mythological hero, but I will try not to
disappoint. Later you’ll have to tell me exactly what you did
see this afternoon, but for now, I’d like it to be just the two
of us in this bed.”
Somehow, she didn’t expect to be disappointed in the least.
Quite the contrary, if how warm and expectant she felt was any
indication. And when he leaned forward and nuzzled her throat,
his lips sliding downward, her breath caught in anticipation,
remembering the rapt expression on the blonde woman’s face from
her vision as her lover suckled her breasts.
Ariadne was exactly right, Brittany decided a blissful moment
later as his mouth settled over one tingling peak and she felt
the play of his tongue across her nipple. She touched his hair,
amazed at the silken softness of it in contrast to his striking
masculinity. The ebony strands sifted through her fingers and a
light sigh of pleasure drifted out before she even realized it.
Before long she felt a foreign kind of restlessness grip her
body as he worshipped her breasts with ardent attention, his
mouth and hands making her arch beneath him. When his exploring
fingers slipped down her stomach, making the muscles contract
sharply, she wasn’t sure of his intentions when he stroked her
inner thigh. He said persuasively, “Open.”
The one word command didn’t need further clarification, but she
hedged. “Why?”
“This is where I need to be, surely you know that much.” His
fingers gently began to probe. “Just remember you can’t scream,
Britt. The last thing we need is for everyone in camp to come
running and find us together.”
“How bad is it going to be?” She bit her lip and kept her thighs
together. If he expected her to scream, it sounded ominous. She
knew a woman’s first time hurt, but hadn’t expected it to be
that awful.
“Bad?” He gave her one of those intense looks that made her
heart beat like a muffled drum. A sexy smile lingered on his
mouth and his powerful nude body looked like one of the
magnificent statues she’d seen in Athens, only he was very much
alive, and his potent virility on full display in the form of
his hugely swollen cock. “On the contrary, sweetheart, I intend
for it to be very, very good. Just relax and let me show you.”
He might be occasionally—or more than occasionally—the most
irritating man on earth, but if there was one thing about Adam
Kinmont she knew, he was very competent at whatever he set out
to do. She might not like him half the time, but she did trust
him.
Taking a deep breath, she spread her legs a little.
“That’s it. Jesus, you are so warm and already wet, Britt.” Long
fingers caressed her most intimate place, parting the soft folds
between her legs with a deft touch. “All satin and woman.”
When a long finger actually slid inside her, she made a small
shocked sound and in response, he gave her a wicked grin and
pushed in a little more.
It felt forbidden and decadent, but not unpleasant, she decided,
supine and acquiescent, watching from under the veil of her
lashes as his fingers began to move rhythmically between her
thighs. In contrast to the paleness of her skin, his hand was
large and bronzed, but his touch was delicate and skillful.
Very skillful, she learned a moment later...
