ABOUT CAROL
Carol McKenzie was born and raised in Illinois. Through
her twenties, thirties and part of her forties she lived in
California, Texas, Montana, Washington and Colorado. She
then she moved back to her home state of Illinois. She plans
to stay there with her husband and Jack Russell terrier.
She enjoys rendering artwork, sewing, quilt making and
playing Civilization IV. On any given day, she dutifully works
at her computer typing up a new erotic romance story. She writes
interracial, contemporary, historical and alternative lifestyle
fiction. If she has properly accomplished her goals, all her
stories contain hot sex scenes.
INTERVIEW
Q: If you were granted three wishes what would they be?
A: Wish # 1 - I'd wish for all the abused animals to be
properly taken care of and there would be no more
abusive/neglectful owners. I'd have their owners spay and neuter
them.
Wish # 2 - Nothing would please me more than to lose weight.
Since Oprah has trouble doing it with her personal trainer and
special cook I doubt that I would do any better though.
Wish # 3: I'd love to win the lottery. I'd give half to
charity and I'd keep half and go on a trip to Jackson Hole,
Wyoming one autumn. I'd set up my easel, paints and canvas and
start painting pictures of the awesome scenery.
Q: What are your favorite
movies?
A: I'd have to say that Dances With Wolves, Notting Hill and
Casino are in my top ten. I love gangster movies and watch
Sopranos religiously.
Q: Is there one memory from your
childhood that you'd like to share?
A. I remember the hot summer days when my dad used to take me
fishing on the muddy Kaskaskia River in Illinois. He taught me
how to catch and skin a crawdaddy and use it for bait. I
remember catching a big catfish. Most of the time we used cane
poles and bobbers.
Q: What is the most memorable
thing that ever happened to you?
A: In 1990 I won a major sweepstakes that a big conglomerate
held. I sent in a 3 x 5 card with my name and address printed on
it. I'll be darned if they didn't pick it out of 4.6 million
entries.
Q: Who do you think is the
sexiest man alive?
A. Oh dear...let's see....it's not George, or Matt D. I think
Johnny Depp, to me, is very sexy and he is an excellent actor.
Q: Who is your favorite author?
A: I have three, really--Nicole Jordan, Margaret Mitchell and
Nora Roberts. |
