"The food service industry is a unique world and I love it, even
with its drama. Last Glass of Wine's conception came when I
experienced loss over a co-worker who left. Confused by the unexpected
emotions, I found myself writing Cole and Lana's struggle with the fiery
attraction they secretly held for one another and the roadblocks they
overcame." ~ Bekki ~ |

4.5 Stars:
"I love it when a book makes me cry!
Last Glass of Wine by Bekki Lynn had
me up, down, and twisted into emotional
pretzel knots by the time I finished
reading. The characters were refreshingly
natural and heart wrenchingly vulnerable
in a way that made the story sweet. I
particularly enjoyed the party scene where
they played horseshoes. Wondering about
it? Read the book, it's worth it."—Valerie,

"A very
interesting story with Cole and Lana
yearning to go against company policy just
to get their hands on each other. But then
Cole ends up fired and Lana is afraid it
was because of their little affair, but
little does she know that it may not even
be for that reason.
With Bekki Lynn, you never know what will happen at the
end, that’s how I was hooked and I
guarantee you will be too."

"Last Glass of
Wine is hot, hotter, scolding—so
be warned if you pick up this book, be
ready to sizzle."

4 Pixies:
"Last Glass of Wine by Bekki Lynn
is a unique erotic romance that reads
like real life drama. I couldn't help
wondering, in fact, as I was reading, if
Bekki Lynn wasn't writing this story
from personal experience and, sure
enough, in looking over the dedication,
I saw that there was someone in her
acquaintance that 'sparked this story.'
Lana and Cole work together in a fast
paced restaurant where
inter-relationships are severely frowned
upon. Added to this difficulty is the
fact that the two seem incapable of
communicating with each other. Almost
every action from each is misunderstood,
sometimes to the point where it became
frustrating to witness. I actually took
one pixie from the rating of this
otherwise four pixie read because of one
of these misunderstandings which, I
felt, was extremely immature and
counterproductive to the ideal mood of
an erotic novel. This may just be an
issue I have, and other readers may not
find the incident inappropriate at all
(feel free to email me readers, and let
me know what you think). But once again,
even this part of the story was
something I could imagine happening in
real life so, as far as art imitating
life goes, Bekki Lynn captured the good
with the bad, I guess you could say. The
thing I really liked about Last Glass
of Wine was this feature where it
read like a real life story. I felt, at
times, like I was hearing the tale first
hand from a girlfriend. The way Bekki
Lynn combined the budding relationship
between Lana and Cole with their work
atmosphere was amazing. I think I
actually learned a thing or two about
the restaurant business. It made the
story more interesting for me. As you
read you cannot escape the feeling that
you are right there in the restaurant,
observing all the players (the only
thing missing was the food). There are
two kinds of erotica--or it might be
more accurate to say there are two parts
to erotica. One is the build-up and the
other is the actual intimacy that
occurs. Everyone has their favorite
part, but in Last Glass of Wine
there is plenty of both. And when these
two characters finally got together,
wow! I don't want to spoil it for anyone
who is about to read the book but that
first scene was quite exciting for me,
and unique too, which I particularly
like. From there, the story continued
and came to a close with a nice, feel
good, dose of romance that was almost,
but not quite, too sweet to swallow. The
Last Glass of Wine reminded me a
little of those sweet and sour candies
that, at first taste, are startlingly
tart, but then they delight and amuse
you as you become better acquainted with
their tangy flavor. A, and as they
change they satisfy your sweet tooth,
until finally they dissolve into simply
a good taste left in your mouth. Ahhh. I
recommend Last Glass of Wine to
readers who like a heaping dose of drama
in their erotic romance and, while I'm
at it, I also recommend those little
sweet and sour candies the side. Enjoy!"

Delightful Divas: "Lana Moore
worked at Rogn's Steakhouse. Cole, the
assistant manager, had just told her she
was closing again tonight. Cole wanted
every thing clean for the regional
manager's visit in the morning and knew
that she would make sure everything was
clean. Lana called her sister, Aleece,
to make sure that someone would be
giving their father his ten o'clock
insulin injection since she wouldn't be
getting off early. Lana worked with Cole
as a food runner that night and made
sure every thing was clean. She helped
Cole run the receipts to enter them in
the computer and then Cole invited her
to stay for a drink. Lana declined since
she had to open in the morning too. Cole
advanced on her and tore a button from
her shirt. Getting his head back, he
told her to get a new shirt from the
office, then she left to go home. The
next morning he waited impatiently for
Lana to show up at work. He was worried
that his little episode the night before
had scared her into not showing up this
morning. He saw her walk in the front
door and headed toward the bar. There he
came upon her bent over cleaning the
soda fountain spray nozzle. He was
having fantasies of bending her over and
having his way with her. After arranging
a banquet for sixty people, he headed to
the men's room to relieve himself. Back
in his office doing more paper work, one
of the servers came knocking on his
door. She informed him that Lana was
holed up in the restroom. He went to
check it out and found Lana shaking and
upset. She informed him that her blood
sugar was low and that she hated him for
making her want him so bad, then
proceeded to run out the front door and
home. Cole's mother had phoned him and
told him that the chemo treatments his
father were having weren't helping him
and they didn't think he would live that
much longer. His father wanted him to
come to Chicago and run his own
restaurant but, he didn't want to leave
Lana behind. Will Cole go to Chicago and
open a restaurant taking Lana with him?
Will Lana distance herself from Cole and
never know happiness? Bekki Lynn writes
a sexy story of love in the workplace. I
found myself sympathizing and
disagreeing with Lana but, all turns out
in the end." --Roxann, Dark Diva

ADULT EXCERPT
“What took you so long?”
“Timing.” She pulled the borrowed shirt over her head and tossed
it on the floor, then added the jeans. When his stream stopped,
she pulled his shirt up, and he pulled it off as he turned to
face her. He gave it a toss into the bedroom as she pushed his
shorts down. “Now, I figure you owe me anything I want after the
pool stunt.” She eyed his cock, so thick and a good seven inches
of mouth-watering meat. Her heart raced. He gave the shorts a
kick, and they landed somewhere through the door. His hands
grabbed her breasts and squeezed, molding them. “Oh, yes. Suck
them.” Cole’s wet tongue swirled around the tip before drawing
it into his warm, wet mouth. Her knees weakened, and she grabbed
his cock and found her fingers didn’t meet. As her hand
cupped the back of his head, she brushed her lips across it.
Lightning shot straight to her pussy.
She pushed him away and shoved him against the wall, bit his
chest and felt him jerk in her hand. Moving up and down, she
felt his breath hitch and his fingers delve into her pussy,
thrusting in and out of her wet tunnel.
He moved, and she found herself facing the wall. “Oh, yes,” she
breathed. With his feet, he widened her stance and pressed his
cock into her pussy. So tight, so hot, her body melted onto him
like chocolate in a fondue pot. “Oh, God, it’s about time!”
He rammed and pulled out and rammed again.
“Damn right it is,” he huffed.
She braced against the wall and pushed back against him.
Shudders swept through her.
“I’m going to shoot, Lana.”
“Do it!” He grunted, and she felt him unload. “Oh, yeah!”
He pressed against her, his breathing heavy and as raspy as
hers.
“I’m sorry.” He took a deep breath and let it out. “You’re so
hot, so wet, I couldn’t hold back.”
“We’re far from finished,” she whispered.
He ran his tongue along her ear and thrust inside, and she
pressed against his tongue as she came again. “Oh, yeah,” she
whimpered.
A banging on the door interrupted them. He moved to unlock the
door, and she slipped into the bedroom. Seconds later, he had
the door closed and she pulled him down on the bed, fusing her
mouth with his, her tongue thrusting in and out of his mouth,
circling his tongue.
Firm hands pressed her against him, and his fingers dug into the
cheeks of her ass. “Bring your pussy up here.”
A groan escaped her and she moved, hovering over his face. He
pulled her down, and her hands hit the wall when his tongue ran
along her slit and back through it, deeper. “Oh, wow!” The
muscles of her abdomen quivered, and she squeezed his head
between her thighs. “Damn, Cole! Feels…Oh!” His tongue ran over
her clit, and tremors consumed her. Pressure against her anus
prolonged it, then he shoved a finger in her ass. “Oh,… good…
that feels good!”
Her forehead fell against the wall. “I’m yours.”
He pulled her down on the bed, pushed her legs up, and buried
his face in her pussy, shoving his tongue deeper. She dug her
fingers into the bed and pulled up the bedding in her grasp.
“Oh…feels so….damn, Cole! Fuck my pussy!”
He moved over her and took her in one thrust. She convulsed
around his cock.
“Oh, baby, that’s it—squeeze my dick.”
She pushed him off and took his cock in her mouth, licking and
sucking on the head, running her tongue down the length and
around and taking as much of him as she could. His hands ran
over her head, down her back and into the crack of her ass,
where he pressed the tip of his finger inside and her teeth
grazed him.
“Ah, Lana! Baby, suck it dry.”
She pulled off, turned around and guided him to her ass. It hurt
as he worked the thickness inside her, but she didn’t care. If
he split her in half, it wouldn’t come close to the pain she was
going to feel when he was gone. She pushed back against him as
she played with her clit, shoved her fingers in her pussy and
ran the juices over his cock. “Oh, wow,” she mumbled when he
broke through and filled her. “Oh, give me a minute.” His hand
reached around and caressed the hand she had buried in her
pussy, then thrust in and out with her. “Oh, please don’t be
another dream,” she whispered when she felt her muscles relax.
Lana rocked back and forth until the sensations shot through
her. She lowered her head to the bed as he dipped in her pussy
and drew her juices up to wet his cock. Each time he did this,
he brought her closer to coming. With his next thrust, spasms
shot through her from head to toe, and her body began to
shudder. “Don’t stop, Cole!”
“You’re so fuckin’ hot. So wet, so perfect. So beautiful.” His
fingers dug in her back, then grabbed her hips “I’m going to
shoot my load in your ass!”
“Please.” she gasped.
“Come with me, Lana.”
“Do it! Do it!” Her muscles flexed, and she pressed against her
fingers as the heat flowed through her veins. She felt him grip
her ass tighter as he filled her, heightening the intensity of
her orgasm. They collapsed on the bed and rolled off the edge.
Laughing, he said, “I need a drink.”
She ran her hand over his chest. “Not yet. Now that I have you
where I’ve wanted you for so long, I’m not letting you go.”
He pulled her across his chest and she kissed him, lingering,
gently letting the tip of her tongue move over the softness of
his lips. She pulled away. “Let me get a washcloth. Don’t move.”
When she came back, she wiped his cock down and was pleasantly
rewarded when it began to stiffen. “Hell of a way to finally get
you into bed. The day you get fired.”
“I didn’t get fired, Lana. I quit. I’m going back to Chicago to
open my own place.”
