All sales are final.
Due to the nature of e-books, there is
NO REFUND for any reason. If you cannot read a copy of the book
you purchased because the file is damaged, please contact us and we will send you the same
title either in the same format or in another format (Adobe PDF,
Microsoft LIT, Mobipocket PRC, or HTML).
Individual Print Books
Please contact the
retailer where you originally made your purchase and check their
refund policies.
Booksellers
Please contact the wholesale distribution channel where you
placed your orders. Siren-BookStrand's print books are non-returnable.
