From our SHOPPING CART, our books can be searched by title, author, series, genre, theme, category, sex rating, format, ISBN number, character's name, and any word included in the blurbs.

After confirming your order, copies of your ebooks will be available immediately in your account for you to download.

You will also receive two emails automatically from Siren Publishing (this may take a few minutes):

• A receipt email
• A "download" email containing a link you click on to go to your account

If you have made payment and cannot download your ebooks from your account or did not receive your download link within 5 minutes, please check your Spam folder first, then send an email to bookstore@sirenpublishing.com. Please also specify the format of the books you purchased (PDF, HTML, PRC, or LIT). Our Shopping Cart Team will respond as promptly as possible during regular business hours or within 24 hours on weekends and holidays.

If you are paying by E-CHECK, your bank will take 3 to 4 business days to clear your payment. Therefore, the books will not be available in your account for download immediately. Once your e-check clears the bank, your account will be updated automatically to Paid status. Your purchase will be available in your account for you to download and you will receive an email containing a download link. This process is automated.

If you cannot open your files for any reason, please email bookstore@sirenpublishing.com. We will respond as promptly as possible.
